A Minmi paravertebra fossil. It was only formally described some 30 years ago.

A fossil of a creature that lived in Australian’s inland sea some 100 million years ago.

More dinosaurs. A little further east and we come to Richmond, (pop. ca. 550). We’re still in dinosaur fossil country, and this model, sitting outside Kronosaurus Korner, is a representation of Kronosaurus itself, a creature that once inhabited Australia’s inland sea.
