Another commonly seen marsupial when walking through the property is the Eastern Grey Kangaroo. They may be wild, but they’re so used to us these days that they only stop grazing momentarily to watch us walk past.

This large, male, eastern grey kangaroo has been taking it easy all day (if fact, for most of the week). He’s quite comfortable, thank you very much, lying just outside the house – not even worried by the dogs. He’ll move every now and again when a female ‘roo comes along.
