Hall’s Peak. The Peak sits upstream from the mine of the same name. It looks like a small pimple on the landscape, until you realise that the greenery that sits upon the peak are fully grown, medium-sized trees, and not short shrubs.

The Chandler River, being in a state of moderate flood, was flowing strongly and reasonably deeply. We decided against crossing it and decided, instead, to bush-bash downstream along side it.
