We’ve had a run of misty mornings lately – not at all uncommon at this time of year. Almost as common are the fogbows that materialise in the mist.

One of the first fogbows of the season. This one’s impressive in that it can be viewed even though there’s no substantial mist alongside it. (Mist or fog is an essential ingredient for this phenomenon to appear).
