We’ve had an unusually long spell of hot, dry weather. Again. The birds and the bees (and other creatures) are feeling the effects and so we’ve had a stream of visitors to the birdbath outside the house (including kangaroos). Here’s a photograph of one of the myriad of bees that stand at the edge of the birdbath and drink.

Did you survive the monsoon? Or did it even get near you. My Australia geography is kind of vague. I DO know you’re in the southeast quadrant. Or sextant.
