We were on the lookout for a specimen of Sturt’s Desert Pea when walking around the flora and fauna sanctuary at the Living Desert near Broken Hill. We originally walked past a stand of peas but found them later.

I was so excited to see these in the wild when we did our outback trip. There were lots and lots of them out at Olympic Dam. There were also a lot on the road leading up to the sculptures at Broken Hill.
