And at the bottom of the hill is the bridge of Bridge Street over Uralla creek. It doesn’t actually look like there is a bridge in this picture. The current bridge replaced a much narrower one – I think in the 1970’s. Some very large elm trees were also cut down to make way for the new bridge.
I pass through occasionally, but rarely stop these days. The gun shop refuses to sell black powder and the second hand shops have changed! Pitty.
