I have a new camera (a Nikon D7000). This means that anything and everything is a currently a candidate for a photograph while I get used to the new toy.
One of the first images is of some roof tiles taken from a distance with a telephoto zoom lens at 300mm; I’m extremely impressed with the resolution and sharpness (this small image doesn’t really do it justice). The roof in question belongs to The Institute for Rural Futures at The University of New England.
Thought I recognised those tiles! Thes digital cameras are just soooo good. After years as a writer using a SLR, the digital is great!
