Yellow flash

The gully below Firefly Mine is full of rocks that have washed down. The vast majority are your common or garden, everyday grey rocks and boulders – every now and again, though, a flash of colour catches the eye.

I am by no means a geologist or chemist, but is this colour not indicative of sulphides?

Also not a geologist or chemist, but I would agree with sulphides.
