Highly desirable

I can image that apartments in such a location command a high price. If a real estate agent declared that they had “sea views” I can attest to the fact that it’s not an understatement. If fact, the sea would move past their windows on a frequent basis.

High prices and high corrosion. There are some places 20 or 30 years old with serious concrete cancer.

  2. Phil says:

I’m with Ken – my Aunt is on the cliff at Wollongong and has a house full of corroding effects and a strange dampness from the high humidity. Still, I imagine on a perfect day such a location would be great.

Meanwhile, I wonder who (hearts) QBC?
