In the rainforest

We spent a day recently traversing all the walking tracks in the Never Never area of Dorrigo National Park. The park is only about 95 kilometres (60 miles) from home as the crow flies but is strikingly different to the gorge country that we’re more used to. For a start the park is warm temperate rain-forest and contains many and varied tree species not seen in the gorge country.
